[Application for refund] I paid the participation fee via bank transfer. What is the process for requesting a refund if I cannot attend?
A

You can request for a refund on the refund board. 

To successfully apply for a refund, you must fill out the refund application form in accordance with the form provided on the refund application bulletin board.

The participation information modification and cancellation (refund) period is until 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 2, 2024. After that, participation information modification or cancellation (refund) is not possible for any reason.

Refunds will be processed in batches starting May 2. This may take up to 7 days.
